I’m Andrew.
If you’ve seen my work come to life and wanted my help with your own home, this is your invitation.
And no, I haven’t quit my day job. I’m bringing my passion for elevating spaces and my years of experience in specifying, procuring, decorating, renovation coordination, and project management to a select few residential projects in my downtime.

the beginning.
$2,500–$20,000
Initial total project budgets, with the scope built around your priorities. Your proposal accounts for design fees, furnishings, and applicable delivery, taxes, and labor.
A focused zone or a design plan you execute yourself is the right starting point for smaller budgets. Every engagement is scoped individually.
Can we work together if I rent?
Absolutely. We can focus on furnishings, lighting, removable finishes, and improvements suited to your lease. Any changes that require landlord or building approval are considered before implementation.
Can I purchase things over time?
Yes. A phased plan gives you a complete direction and an order of priorities. Each phase is priced and approved before purchasing, because stock and pricing can change.
Can I handle the installation myself?
Yes. You can engage me for the design and shopping plan, then carry it out yourself. Purchasing and implementation coordination can be added to an agreed scope.
What about renovations?
I can help develop concepts and specify finishes for smaller renovations, then coordinate with appropriately qualified contractors. Electrical, plumbing, and regulated construction are performed by the responsible trades.
Do you work outside Chicago?
Chicago is home. I’m open to selected projects elsewhere when the scope and schedule make sense, with travel and expenses agreed in advance.
How do fees and purchasing work?
Design fees are agreed and paid before work begins. Approved products, freight, and applicable taxes are funded before orders are placed. Installation and contractor terms are agreed separately. Eligible trade purchasing may offer value, with pricing specific to each proposal.
